Nick Bhasin is a wildly talented American writer, editor and podcaster based in Sydney, Australia. He writes about culture, parenting and wine, sometimes all at once.

Before moving to Australia, he lived in New York City and Los Angeles, where he worked in film and television production.

Nick regularly appears on ABC Melbourne radio as a cultural attaché and he was a winner on Name That Tune.

He’s currently working on his first novel.

Nick has won exactly zero awards that he can think of, but his writing has appeared in a variety of publications including The New York Times, The Guardian, the Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and McSweeney’s. A few recent examples include an unhinged review of Bill & Ted Face the Music, an essay about the 2020 US election and a stirring analysis of American prom culture.

Nick has worked as an editor for 10 Daily, SBS, Foxtel Magazine and OK! Magazine.

He has a BA in History from Haverford College and a tremendous speaking voice.
